Karla Pascua
Karla Pascua is originally from Honduras and has lived in Miami for 18 years. She was first introduced to Pilates 15 years ago shortly after becoming a first-time Mother. Pilates allowed her a healthy outlet where she was able to disconnect & connect with her body after the many life changes that come with Motherhood. Ever since, she has been a big advocate for exercise & movement. “Movement is medicine” is one of her mottos. After trying different types of exercise, she always came back to Pilates. 10 years later she was introduced to modern Pilates at Jetset Pilates, where she fell in love all over again and after 3 years of being a client began her training and became an instructor. Fast forward to 3 years later, after her second baby and a move across Miami, she is now back as a Pilates instructor at Cris Kore Pilates in Palmetto Bay. Karla is a big believer in the mind-body connection, and the many benefits on mental and physical health that accompany a healthy relationship with both.
