What to Wear

You'll want to wear breathable, form-fitting clothing. Long hair should be tied back and dangling accessories removed for safety.  Wear grip socks to be worn in class - any brand of non-skid socks will do. These are available for purchase at the studio

What to Bring

 Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated! You may also choose to bring a sweat towel. Everything else is provided!

When to Arrive

Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in,  complete your liability waiver, and get prepared for class. Your instructor will ask you about any old injuries, sensitive spots, or conditions that might need modifications. Be honest and enjoy your class!!
